1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Rabta (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a Managed Service Provider (MSP) operating in Pakistan and internationally. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Rabta provides email management and IT managed services, including but not limited to:

  • Email hosting and management

     

  • Infrastructure monitoring and management

     

  • Technical support and consulting

     

Service availability, features, and delivery are subject to change, with reasonable prior notice given when possible.

3. Account Registration and Security
  • Clients must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration.

     

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

     

  • Rabta is not liable for unauthorized access due to client negligence.

     

4. Client Obligations
  • Clients must comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain secure handling of personal data.

     

  • Clients shall not use our services for unlawful activities or to transmit harmful content.

     

  • Clients should maintain backups of their critical data; Rabta disclaims liability for data loss outside of its control.

     

5. Data Processing and Privacy
  • Rabta processes personal data strictly per the Privacy Policy.

     

  • Clients consent to our processing necessary data to deliver services.

     

  • Data access and usage rights are governed by relevant data protection laws applicable in Pakistan, the US, and the EU.

     

6. Service Fees and Payment
  • Fees for services shall be as agreed upon in separate agreements or invoices.

     

  • Payments must be made promptly according to payment terms.

     

  • Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.

     

7. Liability and Disclaimers
  • Rabta provides services “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service or error-free performance.

     

  • Rabta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

     

  • Rabta’s total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

     

  • Rabta disclaims liability for third-party services or products integrated or recommended.

     

8. Intellectual Property
  • Rabta retains all intellectual property rights in its services and software.

     

  • Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use services per these Terms.

     

9. Term and Termination
  • These Terms commence upon service activation and continue until termination.

     

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice as per separate agreements.

     

  • Upon termination, Rabta will handle personal data per the Privacy Policy regarding retention or deletion.

     

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  • For clients in Pakistan, these Terms are governed by Pakistani law.

     

  • For international clients, the governing law will be as specified in individual agreements.

     

  • Disputes may be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or appropriate legal processes.

     

11. Amendments
  • Rabta may update these Terms by notifying clients in advance.

     

  • Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
